What is Hybrid Athlete Training?

A deadlift PR but can’t run straight for 15 minutes or the crowd favourite “I have a wedding coming up in three months”, isn’t a sustainable exercising habit. Most train towards either losing weight or gaining muscle. Fitness is more than just a number on a scale. It’s about longevity and doing what you love to do.
