I trained under Manoj for about 6 months, and in that time – not only did I improve from a physical front , but i gained discipline and started to enjoy working out. I started pushing and competing with myself to be better than the previous day. The weekly workout schedules he sets for you are not at all monotonous,in fact engaging – and he takes care to include stretching/ low intensity training so that you are well recovered. As a runner, i always felt 5k was my comfort zone and never made it passed that distance for years, but post Manoj my timing and speed has improved gradually.
